Our expert coaches can work with business leaders one on one to:
- fine-tune existing workplace mental health initiatives
- respond to any workplace issues affecting employees’ mental health.
You can also access free training for all your staff on how and why they should protect psychological health at work.

Respect at work: Standing up to sexual harassment
In a first for Australian work health and safety regulators, SafeWork NSW has launched the Respect at Work Strategy.
A four-year plan for preventing sexual harassment at work, Respect at Work focuses on several sectors including health care and social assistance, hospitality, and retail.
Sexual harassment can affect any worker, with one in three Australians experiencing sexual harassment at work in the past five years*.
