Full Membership is open to all waste and recycling organisations. Annual Membership fees vary according to the size of the operation.  The cost is calculated on the number of revenue earning vehicles including subcontractor vehicles.

Associate Membership is open to all companies whose business is not in waste or recycling, but who are suppliers to the industry (or who have an interest in the industry

Help desk to assist employers with any general enquiries. For example road closures, public holidays, rise and fall clauses, industrial relations issues, waste classifications, disposal & recycling advice, etc
Advice, support and representation on Industrial Relations issues. For example unfair dismissals, enterprise agreements, contractor agreements, workplace disputes, problem employees, redundancy payouts, union negotiations, Modern Awards, etc
Provision of relevant Industrial Awards, including interpretation and advice on issues such as annual leave, personal/carers leave, long service leave, allowances, wage rates, classifications etc
